Landmarc

Tonight, my family celebrated my younger cousin John's birthday. They ate a contemporary French Restaurant in the Time Warner Building at Columbus Circle.

Unfortunately I was unable to join them, but I have went to brunch at Landmarc with my grandmother, cousins, and close family friends before .

That morning, I instantly gravitated toward the osso bucco. It went well with the toasted bread and jam it came with. Though a bit overflowing with oil at times, it's a good dish to share (definitely do no recommend anyone eating this by themselves for serious health purposes).

My cousin that morning ordered a braised lamb sandwich with was served with pickles and aioli with added gruyere on a ciabatta.

And I had a delightful Croque Madame, which is a ham and melted gruyere on grilled country bread with a fried egg.  This is something that I love to order in Paris, and it was very enjoyable here as well.

Finally we got a dessert sampler which included lemon tart, creme brulee, chocolate mousse, nutella eclair, tiramisu, and blueberry crumble. We also shared a choice of three cones as well as cotton candy. It was the perfect meal for a brisk Sunday afternoon.
